So, I've been thinking about it and I'm going to close my website. I haven't updated it since January and the program won't even open anymore. I've never really liked working with Yahoo!Sitebuilder. It has way too many bugs and is not at all user friendly. In fact, it's a hater! I'm trying to post a notice there to let everyone know (those few that go there) that it will be closed by the end of the year but it won't let me!

Anyway, the reason for this post is to apologize in advance for the massive spamming that is going to take place. I need to upload all my vids and the few fics I have to lj and dw. This will require individual posts for each item. So, sorry. It will be a nuisance but it should go fairly quickly. I hope to get things uploaded this weekend but we'll see how it goes.

So, I've decided to open an Imeem account. This decision was not made lightly. The thing to know about me is, I abhor streaming sites. I think they are the sludgy goo at the bottom of the vidding well. They get stirred, the water becomes filthy and hard to drink and the good, pure water becomes contaminated by these disgusting particles that think they *are* water just because they can mix with it. So, yeah, that metaphor can keep going and going, but you get me? I know you do. The sludge is disgusting. 

However, many of my favorite vidders have been supporting the upper crust of this sludge and I've slowly been pulled into the murky nether region of our vast well network. You see, I'm a lazy internet surfer. When I stumble upon something new I want to experience it with little effort. So, as of late, I've been clicking the youtube and putfile links just to take a sip before diving in to the dark pool. I've mostly spit out the bilious goop and run screaming in the other direction, but this just prooves my point. I invested 5-10 seconds of talking head clips to know it was crap. It never touched my hard drive. Was never bookmarked. It never landed in a folder where I would stumble upon it months later only to accidentally watch it again! *shudders*

So, I've decided that streaming sites are helpful for discovering what's worth downloading. So, to jump in head first I'm uploading a bunch of my other vids to my new account. I'll list them below the page link.

 I realized today that it's been nearly a year since my last Stargate vid. I don't know what the problem is. I've made several attempts and I have many songs waitlisted that I'm eager to complete but nothing happens when I try. The magic is gone. I have a Psych vid sitting in limbo that I started last month. There are several other vids keeping it company from several fandoms. However, I really want to create another Stargate or Atlantis vid. I just need to know that I can still do it. You know? Am I crazy? And I mean, crazier than normal.

Well, I guess I'm just going to have to force myself. I have a creepy SGA vid idea and a couple humorous Rodney and Sheppard vid bunnies hopping around. Gah! There is so much I want to do but I'm so tired and rushed all the damn time. For instance, here it is, after one am and I have to get up at 4:30 to start my extremely long day. Okay, I'm off to get some sleep. I figure I can scratch out an hour tomorrow to start a Stargate vid of some kind. I'm also going to give myself a tentative two week deadline. If I give myself any longer I won't get anything done. Okay, so two weeks it is.

I have been waiting (less than patiently) to post this since November. I wanted to ring in the new year by posting all over the web. Instead I was intoxicated and getting my ass whipped at Yatzee. My brother cheats. Oh, yeah.

Okay, I quit smoking, moved across the state, quit one job got two more, work 60+ hours a week and decided to go back to school full-time for IT:Visual Communication. Oy! This video just about did me in. First, I was trying valiantly to complete my submission for the Kawoosh! challenge. This didn't happen. Instead my muse hijacked me and made me create this SPN vid instead. Then the fates aligned against me to wreak havoc on my pc in the form of deleted registry files. Long story short, my saved project will no longer load in Pinnacle. Thankfully, I saved my last copy of this vid in high quality. There were some scenes that I personally wanted to tweak a bit but my trusted beta only seemed to want the ending changed. Well, no can do. My pc disagrees and has spoken with it's disgruntled uncooperative malice. *sighs*

So I've had this fic rattling about in my head for the last two years or so but I've never made the time to write it. I did, however, make the time to create a trailer for it. *entersheepishgrinhere* Well, the good news is that the trailer inspires me to write. So, now all I have to do is find the six completed chapters that I've lost and my entire story outline that is *with* those chapters and pound this baby out. 

Yeah, so. Whatever. It's coming. Estimated time of arrival is summer. End of June. Yeah, that's right. I'm posting a deadline. I can make it. I sure as hell can! And when I do I'll celebrate at making the first ever deadline that I've set. Don't get too excited because it's going to be a WIP. That's right. You read right. A WIP. I can't do any better folks.
